Our next SongPitch & SongEvaluation meetings will be:
Saturday, February 25th, 1pm to 4pm, featuring Alan Roy Scott.
Location: SHH Gallery 922 N. 6th ST. Downtown Phoenix
(SW corner 6th ST. & Roosevelt; Free Parking on 6th St.)
Admission $20 members $25 non members
Alan is looking for songs for producer friend Michael Jay(produced Eminem, Martika, etc.) who is producing a new artist, Ohad on Lou Pearlman’s Transcontinental Records.(Lou Pearlman started the Backstreet Boys, N’Sync, etc.)(Ohad has had Platinum albums in Canada & Germany with his band Before 4).
Looking for Male Pop songs along the lines of Ryan Cabrera and Click 5, all tempos welcome!
Alan is also looking for songs for a music library called Urban Authentic. It can be any style of music, vocal or instrumental, but the main emphasis is more R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, etc. www.urbanauthentic.com.
Alan will also discuss his upcoming Unisong International Song Contest www.unisong.com, and answer any questions about getting songs cut, etc. He will critique all styles of music!
Alan Roy Scott has had his songs recorded by Luther Vandross, Celine Dion, The Allman Bros, the Neville Bros, Cyndi Lauper, Gloria Estefan, Ray Charles, Pointer Sisters, Notorious B.I.G, and many more!

If you have a song you want heard, bring it on CD or cassette(cued up) along with a lyric sheet. Pitches for the library should be master quality productions, like you would hear on the radio. Pitches for Ohad or for critique/evaluation don’t need to be master quality recordings.
